What’s your favourite dance on film or TV?

Ever since I was a child, I have always been captivated by the Egyptian dance sequence from Cecil B. DeMille’s film, The Ten Commandments. The dance is performed by a group of young women at the celebration of Pharaoh’s jubilee. It was choreographed by Ruth Godfrey. It sparked my lifelong interest in ancient Egypt, Egyptian dance and sacred dance, and I never get tired of watching it. ~ Sophia Podrozny
