The Waterloo Region of Ontario hosted a ten-day festival featuring theatre, physical theatre and dance from September 24th through October 3rd in various performance venues. The festival included artists from four continents and incorporated more than twenty programs and over seventy public presentations. Co-created by over twelve arts organizations, IMPACT 09 catered to a range of artists, from local to international, emerging to established, and traditional to contemporary.
