I use this to get a little deeper into those spots in my back and shoulders that can get tight from training and stretching.
In pole most of our work is done with short bottoms in order to grip the pole, so leg warmers are great to wear when warming up before a training session.
I use Dew Point for added body grip, especially on cold days!
Spinning around can give you a tangly do, so I always carry a brush.
