Jérema Hewitt is an award-winning, multi-disciplinary artist and writer, social worker, mother and entrepreneur. More commonly known as The Jempress through her music, her enthusiasts agree that her message inspires conscious change in all who hear her speak. As founder of Jempressive Production Inc., she facilitates workshops on emotional intelligence, resiliency and authenticity. She began her dance career in the early 2000s with hip hop dance troupe School Of Mayhem after retiring her figure skates. She is skillfully trained in a plethora of latin dance genres and is a current devotee to kizomba and flamenco styles.
