During the month of September, we invited our readers, followers, friends and fans to share their back-to-the-studio photos with us using #futuredancersofcanada. We enjoyed meeting dancers from coast to coast through shared images and seeing the studio season kick-off across the country.

It was challenging to pick our favourite but we all agreed that @edcmtl, École de danse contemporaine de Montréal, one of that city’s stellar professional training schools, timed this photo perfectly! The very close runner-up, which melted our hearts, was from @thiswaytobroadway. This Way to Broadway is a dance studio located in Toronto’s Leslieville neighbourhood. The winning images will be included in our January/February print issue.
