Samsung Galaxy S4 cellphone
I love posting pictures and videos on social media and it’s super handy to be able to take a quick video of choreography while moving around the room. Also, texting and phoning are two super-efficient ways to get hold of me quickly.
MacBook Pro
I teach, mix music, edit, e-mail, Google, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter with my MacBook. ’Nuff said!
Deodorant and body spray
Stinking up the studio is not an option! Getting to the end of a stick of deodorant without having another stick to replace it is one of my pet peeves, so my minimum is two!
Makeup
Life is a stage! I have a feeling that I exude more confidence when I’m feeling pretty, put together and polished.
A lot of clothes
I love to dress the part for everything I do. It gets me into the feel of the class I’m taking or teaching. I wear many hats so when I leave home in the morning I like to make sure I have an outfit to match each one.
Yoga mat and towel
I’m currently enrolled in yoga teacher training and love being able to practice wherever I go. Yoga every day keeps the doctor away.
Aloe
I like to rub Hawaiian Moon Aloe on my feet throughout the day. It’s super soothing and does the trick with throbbing aches and pains.
Day planner
People often go cross-eyed when they see me pull a paper day planner out of my dance bag. I’ve noticed that I got way more efficient with scheduling my life once I finally listened to my mother’s advice to use one.
