Born and raised in Ottawa, Emily has been dancing since the age of three. Her love of dance brought her to Toronto to study dance at George Brown College. She is currently in her second year and is her class representative. Emily enjoys being involved in different aspects of the dance community and performing on stage. She is excited to be chosen to write for the Dance Current and is excited to see what this year brings.
